O Christmas Tree

I'm not putting up a tree this year.  The living room is all covered in sheets, the kitchen and dining room are  a mess.  So I'm posting this picture of my tree from 2006.  My living room looks exactly the same now as it did three years ago.  I do need to make some changes.  But this year, I'll enjoy a virtual tree from 2006.

What a great concept! Of course there is no way in hell that this idea would ever fly here. Oh well. Speaking of concept that wouldn't fly I can tell you how much I enjoyed the Bryce Canyon tour. That is a place that will never be on my to visit list for my spouse has the same three conditions she fears as well as other leading to panic attacks. Maybe in my next life...

Oh, it's a shame to miss this wonder, but I understand the issues of fears. You are a most considerate and understanding husband.

You could make this your screen saver for this month and then you would be able to look at it from time to time. No watering and no electricity expense.

I agree. Many people miss Christmas. My little grandkids will be in Brazil (along with their parents) visiting their grandparents, so I won't have little ones around. I think I'll celebrate with mulled wine and dinner out with friends. There's always another Christmas next year.
